Our Return & Refund Policy

At Booming Power, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear, underwear, and intimate apparel
  • Earrings and body jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@boomingproducts.shop within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (you're responsible for return shipping costs)

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-10 business days after delivery to our warehouse):

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your preferred item faster.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective or poor quality, or the wrong item or size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue
  • Your order number

We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package is lost or hasn't moved in 15+ days, contact us at support@boomingproducts.shop. We'll investigate with the carrier and if confirmed lost, we'll issue a refund or send a replacement.

Processing Times

  • Return inspection: 5-10 business days after we receive your item
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Total refund time: Up to 20 business days from when you ship the return
